ORAJET 3635 Window Graphics Film
Description
Perforated special PVC film, white gloss with black backing for use on even transparent substrates from glass. After printing on the film surface the picture becomes visible while the perforated black backing allows light to pass through. The ratio of the printable area of the total surface is 50%.
Release paper
One sided coated, non perforated silicone paper, 135 g/m²; For better protection the covering of the perforeted selfadhesive material should be overlapping on both sides.

Area of use
For short- and medium-term advertising graphics on vehicles, shop windows or other even surfaced transparent advertising media from glass that should allow light to easily pass through from back. As in outdoor application humidity may gather in the perforation, the transparency can be essentially reduced. Therefore, the perforated vinyl is to be protected after printing with the specially for this application developed laminating film ORAGUARD 297 (Premium-Cast-Film). To be used only in dry application!

Attention:
After printing the ink must be thoroughly dry in order to avoid any affect on the later combination with the laminate. Surfaces to which the material will be applied must be thoroughly cleaned from dust, grease or any contamination which could affect the adhesion of the material. Furthermore the application information published by ORAFOL is to be considered. The batch traceability according to ISO 9001 is possible on the basis of the roll number.
